Kholbekov Abdugani Jumanazarovich was born in 1961 in Sirdarya region. In 1982 he graduated from Tashkent State university.
Since 2009 he has been working as a deputy minister of the ministry of public education. He is a doctor of sociological science.
OCHILOV ABDULLA MANNOPOVICH

Ochilov Abdulla Mannopovich was born in 1960 in Tashkent. In 1981 he graduated from the State Physical culture Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2004 he has been working as a deputy minister of the ministry of public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
